Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years working in the operations department of the stock broking firm.
Responsibilities
-Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer generation, onboarding).
-Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
-Process employee payroll in coordination with the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
-Oversee attendance and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
-Support employee engagement initiatives, helping to organize events and communication.
-Handle the induction and orientation process for new hires.
-Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal HR policies and procedures.
-Assist with employee performance management and development activities.
-Coordinate HR documentation, including contracts, appraisals, and other HR-related paperwork.
-Provide administrative support for HR-related queries and resolve employee issues where necessary.
-Assist in managing the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and managing formalities.
Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-2-3 years of experience in HR operations or general HR functions.
-Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
-Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Holidays will be provided as per the NSE/BSE holiday calendar
- Hours of work: Monday to Saturday - 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM. Saturday – 5-6 Hours
- Salary varies by depth of experience/skills and last drawn CTC
