Business Development Head

About us Pashupati Capital Services (PCS) is a registered stockbroker and TradeAir (IFSC)'s parent entity. We seek an experienced Business Development Head. This role will be primarily focused on our GIFT City project.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 4+ Years working at a Broker/Proprietary Trading Firm
Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for AIF, PMS, and hedge funds (AIF CAT-III) across B2B and B2C channels.

• Identify and onboard distributors while expanding the client base among institutional investors, HNWIs, and family offices.

• Stay current with market trends, ensuring clients remain informed and strategies stay competitive.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and financial institutions to drive sustainable growth.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine business development approaches and align with operational capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 4+ years in business development, marketing, or sales, with 3+ years in leadership within hedge funds, private equity, or financial services

• Strong understanding of financial markets, hedge funds, and broker-dealer operations

• Proven success in closing deals and driving revenue growth

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

• High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
